Shanti Yoga School

James is something special! I just participated in a weekend organized by his school in a wonderful place and it was a unique experience.. I highly recommend her school and the events/holidays they organize to everyone.. These are some next level experiences!!!!

I have never had any experience in yoga, it just happened that I saw a post on Facebook and curiously I started to follow the afternoon and weekend live streams. I didn’t expect to be swept away by a wave of positivity, availability, competence, irony, but above all, energy. I honestly needed this for a long time Master James and Sean enrich my teaching and reflection days by sincerely donating their smiles and precious words. James is such a great Master, it's a shame to be so far away, but I appreciate this stop that Earth has required us to give me the opportunity to meet him. And then the cute face mantra is what we need, a nice and deep constant reminder of the total Presence in practice, and in life. 🙏🏾

I met shanti yoga school recently on fb. I was looking for someone to follow me in practice even during this isolation period. I realized from the first lesson that I found far more than what I was looking for, than I could have imagined. Despite the physical distance each lesson with Master James becomes a discovery, a moment of growth, an act of joy to oneself and others. The thing that amazes me the most is that I can't feel the physical distance, in every moment of practice the Master's words accompany me as if he was watching me practice. I think it’s the result of extraordinary experience and competence. I notice every day how his teachings improve my daily life, how my face is "cuter" even when I perform other activities. I can't do anything but thank Master James and Sean from the bottom of my heart for this opportunity and the universe for giving me this precious encounter.

I’m from Turin, but I’ve stumbled upon Maestro James on Facebook. I've never practiced yoga, but I find the Maestro's lessons to it. Philosophy, breathing, mantra, professionalism and last but not least, his friendliness. Now I hear "pretty face" echoing all day, and how many times I realize instead of having a "terrible" face. My journey with James began last year, and I found out that I had never done Yoga before, and I didn't even know what it meant!
